To connect and fit a sophisticated MRI scanner and all the M&E services into a copper lined room situated within an 18/19th century period build building.

  • Occupied building meant, meticulous phasing of the works to ensure minimum disruption to occupants.

  • Ensuring on‐going services working with management to ensure no disruption to the hospital

  • Integration of new lighting, heating and cooling with existing systems. Complex planning with the in house maintenance team to introduce their expertise and experience.

  • Craneage, investigation including risk calculations and analysis.

  • Shut down and upgrade of LV and life safe system, extensive phasing to reduce the impact on the day to day running.
